About the event
Join us for an evening of nature connection and sisterhood as we connect with the energy of May's Full "Flower Moon" within the nurture yurt and share tea, cake, relaxation and chat.
What's Planned:
- Some gentle movement under the willow tree to decompress and connect with our bodies
- An outdoor "Nature Resonance" mindfulness and nature connection activity (weather permitting)
- Mystery tea tasting ritual and sharing of herbal medicine and foraging knowledge
- An open sharing circle - where you will be listened to, free from judgment and advice
- An offering of wild-ingredient baked goods and tea
