Some gentle movement under the willow tree to decompress and connect with our bodies
An outdoor "Nature Resonance" mindfulness and nature connection activity (weather permitting)
Mystery tea tasting ritual and sharing of herbal medicine and foraging knowledge
An open sharing circle - where you will be listened to, free from judgment and advice
