Join us for our last circle of the summer as we embrace nature with some outdoor mindful movement, a fire circle with song, sharing circle and tea ritual.
What's Planned:
Grounding Qi Gong mindful movement under Old Mother Willow, the resident willow tree.
A Fire Circle with group singing and healing drumming.
An extended mystery tea ritual with guided relaxation and sharing of herbal medicine and foraging knowledge.
An open sharing circle where you will be listened to without advice or judgment.
