Join us for an evening of nature connection and sisterhood as we continue to feel into the beautiful, feminine energy of the Spring within the nurture yurt and share tea, cake, relaxation and chat.
What's Planned:
- A guided grounding/calming activity (hopefully outdoors!)
- Group sharing/discussion around nature connection and it's significance to us personally
- Mystery tea tasting ritual and sharing of herbal medicine and foraging knowledge
- A Spring-themed guided meditation
- An open sharing circle - where you will be listened to, free from judgment and advice
- An offering of wild-ingredient baked goods and tea
