Have you ever wanted to learn more about foraging your own natural wild food and medicine? For centuries our ancestors lived off the land, harvesting seasonal plants to nourish them and treat their family's ailments. This knowledge was passed down over generations, but in the last 100 or so years, much of it has been forgotten.

We will discuss the benefits of elderflower tea and taste some ourselves and also learn how to turn these fragrant blossoms into a syrup or cordial that can be used for months to come.
