Come celebrate the official start of winter with us in the nurture yurt and partake in some festive tea and cake, a traditional craft, and finish off the evening with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra run by Lisa of The Yoga Social.
It will be a cosy, self-care evening where we will embrace the winter slow-down.
