About the event
As we steadily head towards the winter solstice we enter a time of year that can be quite hectic, yet our bodies innately know it's time to slow down and hibernate, just as nature herself is doing.
Join us for a cosy, self-care evening within the nurture yurt where we will prep our minds and bodies for the winter slow-down.
What's planned:
A grounding mystery tea-tasting ritual and sharing of herbal medicine and foraging knowledge
Creating your own immune boosting winter medicine to take home with you
A beautiful, deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra session run by special guest, Lisa of the Yoga Social
